Experience tells us that not every artist understands what it means to have a manager, and not every manager understands what it means to manage an artist. The relationship between the manager/management company and an artist/band is a very special bond.  It is built on a foundation of trust, common values, integrity, commitment and a parallel vision and definition of success. It requires varying levels of active participation from the management and the artist in every aspect of the journey toward success.  Every artist doesn’t have the same management need so each relationship is unique and custom to the needs of the artist.    The Adinkra Group is committed to constant improvement; thus, we are always researching and learning new ways to help our artists be successful.  We pride ourselves on working with artists with a like vision and who are extremely serious about their craft.  We believe that our artists are some of the very best at what they do.

The Adinkra Group is currently not looking to manage any new artists but we are available and open if you would like to discuss a consulting relationship.  If you’d like some assistance in developing yourself as an artist and think we may be able to help, feel free to contact us.

 

Artist Booking

Our primary goal in booking artists is to help artists get paid appropriately and on-time, expand their performance resume and widen their fan base – ultimately leading to more bookings and product sales. We are constantly in the process of building solid relationships with presenters as a quality resource for superior performers and performances through attendance at booking conferences, live showcase opportunities, direct mail, internet and social media promotion and in-house performance showcases. We remain open and available to build partnerships with other knowledgeable individuals and/or organizations with positive booking history and experience. We understand that teamwork is tantamount to securing successful bookings.
